Reisebuero Welt has been rendering travel services according to the standard Agreement concerning rendering of services.
From the 1st of June 2009 the amount of financial guarantee has arisen to 10 000 000 rubles. Insurance company is OSAO “Ingosstrakh". Obligations on this Contract guarantees compensation of losses to the consumer in insurance cases.

The Heliopark Kaiserhof hotel complex incorporates a four-star European class hotel and a cutting-edge spa (to be opened in October 2008). Heliopark Kaiserhof is conveniently located in the Kaliningrad downtown, in the close proximity to the historic monuments and cultural attractions of the city. The second building of the hotel houses a modern spa centre (total area – 1800 sq.m) including a bath complex, an acqua zone, a fitness centre, a phytobar and a wide range of cosmetology services.
