The Heliopark Kaiserhof hotel complex incorporates a four-star European class hotel and a cutting-edge spa (to be opened in October 2008). Heliopark Kaiserhof is conveniently located in the Kaliningrad downtown, in the close proximity to the historic monuments and cultural attractions of the city.
