Booking terms and conditions

We will automatically email Confirmation of Services Order to you. This will include full details and facilities. A copy of your Confirmation of Services Order is required for reservation.

Our managers accept booking requests by phone 24 hours a day. Reservation confirmation can be provided :

• for individuals within 24 hours excluding days off and holidays ;
• for groups within 48 hours excluding days off and holidays

We offer you the following means of payment:

• settlements by cash;
• settlements by bank transfer;
• settlements using international banking cards.

Full prepayment is required. Regular clients have access to credit line facilities.
