In 2010 the first three-star hotel belonging to the Azimut Hotels Company will be opened in Moscow. It will be situated near the Tulskaya metro station and will be part of the multifunctional complex “Danilovskaya Manufactory 1867”. The business quarter is under reconstruction now.
Total area of the future hotel will amount to five thousand square meters. It will offer 130 guest rooms. The management company is actually controlling the reconstruction works in the former office building that will be occupied by the hotel in order to guarantee realization of strict company’s requirements concerning its design and comfort. The project of the Azimut Hotel Moscow was prepared by the ReardonSmith Architects and is notable for modern sight and conformity to the world’s tendencies.
The new hotel will allow reducing deficiency in moderate three-star hotels in the capital of Russia. It might be also popular because of its convenient location at the beginning of Varshavskoe Shosse, the road that connects the center of Moscow and Sheremetyevo Airport.
The Danilovskaya Manufactory 1867 Business Quarter belongs to the KR Properties Company. It consists of 14 establishments occupying the reconstructed industrial buildings of the end of the 19th century – business centers, office buildings, retail centers, exhibition halls, event areas.
