The new Heliopark Kaiserhof Business Hotel & SPA opened this spring in the center of Kaliningrad. Two buildings of the hotel are located in one of the central streets of the city on the bank of the Staraya Pregolya River; they are surrounded with numerous places of interest, public gardens, museums and shops. This commercial and handicraft district of Kaliningrad is called “Fisherman’s Village” after the famous fish market that was located here long ago; it is stylized in imitation of an old European town. The Cathedral and the Baltic Expo exhibition center are located just a few steps away from the hotel.
The hotel offers 118 rooms and suites – 79 guest rooms in the first building and 39 rooms in the second one. Every standard, superior, deluxe room and suite (total area of any room exceeds 25 square meters) is equipped with an air conditioner, a telephone, a minibar, a hair-drier, Wi-Fi Internet, satellite television. There is also one room for disabled persons.
A SPA center will open this autumn in the second building of the hotel. It will provide a wide range of cosmetological and hydrotherapeutic treatments, baths, fitness facilities and phytotherapy.
In addition, there is the Hofburg Restaurant (Austrian and Hungarian dishes served in the interiors of knights’ epoch), a lobby bar, the Space Bar in a high tower (Russian and Asian cuisine), a conference hall (80 seats), a meeting room (8 seats), a business center, a laundry, a souvenir shop, parking places and a cash machine. The first guests of the hotel will receive gifts and presents from the Heliopark Group.
