The exhibition “Penetration?” of Larry Gagosyan is opened in renowned Barvikha. This person is considered to be one of the most influential art-dealers in the world. The exhibition was organized by Alfa-bank that opened its brunch office in Rublyovka. You won’t see any unknown names here; works of the most prominent artists of the 20th century are exhibited – from Pablo Picasso and Huan Miro to Damien Herst. Guests of the exhibition will see works of Mark Rotko, Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein and can also get acquainted with the creative work of modern art stars. If you meet any names that you’ve never heard, be sure in a short time everybody will talk about them. Larry Gagosyan is famous for establishing standards in the modern art throughout the world.
In spite of the fact that there are no great masterpieces at the exhibition, there is a lot that’s worth seeing. Each work has its vivid author’s style. Connoisseur of art will find a lot of interesting here. These are non-typical antiwar Andy Warhol, Gordon’s video with gloves that are exposed in the safe, and Herst, whose colors are pleasing guests’ eyes. Forty works, whose total cost is about $80-90 millions, will be exhibited till October 29.
