It is planned to build two hotels of a simplified type for guest workers by the end of 2007. Creation of such hotels is expected to help solve the problem of foreign workers` stay in Moscow.
The hotels for guest workers are projected as mobile townships consisting of living modules, which will have the sectors for meeting with guest workers` families, medical blocks, a canteen and other services. It is also planned to locate these blocks close to building sites to make it more comfortable for workers to get to work.
Building of hotels for foreign workers was included into the Moscow migration programme. The base of the constructions is a universal living module with the total area of 15-24 thousand square metres approximately. The construction of the hotels makes it possible to create shower cabins, nutrition units, leisure centres, and other services and conveniences.
