A new Kempinski hotel will be built in the Moscow Region on the bank of the Klyazminsky Reservoir 11 kilometers north of the Moscow Ring Road in Ostashkovskoe Shosse. The site near the settlement of Povedniki that was chosen for the construction is more than 20 hectares in area extent. It was occupied by a sanatorium before. The hotel complex will embrace a fire-star hotel (200 guest rooms including two presidential ones), 50 apartments, 40 villas, a SPA center (3.5 thousand square meters), a fitness center (7.5 thousand square meters), swimming pools, restaurants, shops, a business center with a congress hall (500 square meters) that may be divided into several rooms and a marina for 100 yachts. Average room size will exceed 42 sq m, and villas will be 500-600 sq m in area extent. Accommodation at the hotel will admittedly cost more than 500 euros per day. Construction works will start at the beginning of 2009, and in the latter half of 2011 the hotel will open its doors to the first guests. Convenient location in an ecologically clean area and vicinity to the Sheremetyevo Airport (only 18 km) will ensure popularity of the country resort. The hotel will be open all the year round. The Kempinski AG Company is also expected to manage the new five-star hotel in the territory of the Crocus Expo exhibition complex that will be opened in 2011 too. In addition to this luxury hotel offering 200 guest rooms, a three-star hotel and a four-star one are projected to appear near the Crocus Expo.
