A new business area – the Krasnaya Roza 1875 (the Red Rose 1875) – will appear in Moscow within the next few years. The development project embracing the period till 2011 was approved by the KR Properties Company in collaboration with the Sergey Kisselev and Partners Architectural Studio.
The business complex will be located in the territory of the former weaving and silk-spinning factory not far from Park Kultury metro station. Its total area amounting to more than 170 thousand square meters will house both historical and contemporary buildings. There will be six A and B class business centers (the Mamontov, the Morozov, the Ryabushinskiy, the Savin, the Stroganov and the multi-functional Demidov), the four-star or five-star Krasnaya Roza Hotel, the Tretyakov housing estate, several restaurants, office buildings (Vsevolozhsky family’s manor and Zhiro gallery). Underground garages (635 places), a fitness center with a swimming pool, a congress hall and service centers will also be available. Most buildings are named after famous Russian manufacturers and patrons of art.
The Krasnaya Roza boutique hotel (its total area will come to 10465 square meters) will be opened in 2011. Its guests will be able to take advantage of the spacious underground parking and all facilities of the business park. Proximity to the administrative and cultural center of Moscow will indubitably make the hotel popular with top businessmen.
