The Asia Group of Companies will construct a new hotel complex in Perm. It will bear the Hilton brand that belongs to the InterContinental Hotels Group. Accommodation facilities of the four-star hotel will include no less than 160 guest rooms; in addition there will be several conference halls, a restaurant and a health center within the building. The complex will be most likely located in the city center on in a neighbor district, which should offer convenient transport communication.
Another Holiday Inn Hotel built by the Asia Holding will be opened in Chelyabinsk in May.
As regards the city of Perm, two more hotels at the highest European level will appear there within the next few years. A five-star Hilton hotel will be built in the city center, and a more moderate Hampton hotel (the brand also belongs to the Hilton hotels chain) will probably open in the future hospital complex in the Kama valley.
Now there are 62 hotels of different categories in Perm. Unfortunately only a few hotels among them satisfy the world standards of service. Realization of projects concerning construction of modern tourist objects will fill up the gap.
