Last Saturday saw a ceremony of presenting Moscow with a French architectural ensemble now embellishing one of the entrances to Kievskaya metro station.
It was installed a couple of months ago and many city dwellers have already got accustomed to the fanciful railings and lantern poles – the art-novae composition by the famous architect Hector Guimard (1867 – 1942).
So now the piece of Paris nearby Kievsky Railroad Terminal has got an official status and local hobos can call themselves "clochards", in the Paris-like manner.
