New deluxe hotel will open in future years in 3 and 5/1 Bogoyavlensky Side Street, Moscow. Unique location within several minutes of walking distance from the Gostiny Dvor, the Main Department Store, Red Square and the Kremlin is one of its main advantages.
Nowadays the site is occupied by a former rental apartment house that was constructed at the beginning of the 20th century. The hotel will be situated in the restored and expanded building that is of great artistic value and remains under the protection of the government, therefore all reconstruction works will be carried out applying special processes with the purpose of preservation and renascence of the architectural environment and historical appearance of Kitay-gorod. Total area of the construction will amount to 26720 square meters.
The Cushman & Wakefield Hospitality that is one of business units of the large Cushman & Wakefield consulting company based in London will advise on the project. Hotel operator which will manage the hotel is not selected yet, but it cannot be doubted that it will be one of the leading hospitality companies having a good name that will correspond perfectly the exclusive character of the project.
