In the immediate future two brand-new hotels will open in Saint Petersburg.
In autumn of 2008 the Prestige Hotel will be opened in 54 Bolshaya Morskaya Street. It will be a member of the Domina Hotel Group, an Italian hotel chain. All hotels under the brand are notable for special attention to guests. These fashionable five-star hotels are designed most of all for business clients.
The hotel will offer 108 rooms and luxurious suites opening on the Moyka River embankment of Bolshaya Morskaya Street. Rooms’ facilities will include a direct dial telephone, air conditioning, TV, a minibar, a safe and Wi-Fi Internet access. There will be a restaurant, a bar, private meeting rooms, a spa and fitness center, and a garage at the hotel. The Estonian company Pro Kapital is the investor in the project. It has already put up about 22 million dollars in construction works. The hotel’s total area will exceed 7 thousand square meters.
At present construction of another hotel building in Liteyny prospect is coming to the end. The hotel will work under the Reval brand that belongs to the Linstow Company, Norway. The hotel is supposed to get four stars.
