Swissotel Krasnye Holmy offers all the persons interested to set off for a world gastronomic tour, with the itinerary including the most original masterpieces of the world art of cookery. Departure time – 21:00, venue – Concerto bar. To the accompaniment of jazz the guests will be served the traditional champagne and canape, followed by a great many cocktails specially created for this magical sleepless night. At 22:00 the guests will be supposed to have a little change – they will be invited to the Concerto restaurant, where a great abundance of dishes will definitely take their breath away. The «root» will embrace caviar appetizers, salads, lobster cream soup, pilaf rice with fois-gras with the must-be stops at the pineapple cake and French desserts created by Frederick Andrieux, the Swissotel chef confectioner. Culinary wanderings will be accompanied by the entertainment program featuring tap-dancing masterclass and the creation of instant (well-meant) caricatures of the guests.
The festive atmosphere will also be supported by a corresponding – «winter» entourage: glass surfaces, ice cocktail tables, icicle chandeliers and – the last but not the least – a huge ice fir-tree of exclusive design which takes you to a faraway wonderland at a single glance.
