A hotel and a restaurant will be opened in the famous Gostiny Dvor a few steps away from Red square. Now the Gostiny Dvor is used for exhibitions and events organizing, its premises are rented by offices, shops, cafes and other institutions. The hotel will be located in the wing of the building that faces Rybny Side Street. The hotel will be rather small.
The restaurant will be situated on the roof on the side of Varvarka Street; there will be an observation deck from which all comers will be able to admire the center of Moscow and the historical district of Zaryadye. The restaurant will presumably operate as a fast-food one. Its total area will amount to 1400 square meters, it will provide 150 seats. The observation deck might be reached by an elevator that is already installed. Nowadays this part of the roof is occupied by different engineering structures. The future observation deck is projected to be covered by light transparent constructions. Smooth and rounded lines will make the whole construction blend perfectly with the historical area.
Guests’ cars may be placed in the underground garage or on the parking place on Vasilyevsky Spusk.
