The Iset hotel was built in 1933 and reconstructed in 1962, 2003 – 2006. It is located in the city centre near administrative, legal and cultural institutions. One can see a picturesque scene from the window.
The pride of the hotel is the so called Stone Floor where each room is decorated in Ural stone style. You can charge the quality of the hotel by the fact that Grand Duchess Maria Vladimirovna from the Romanov dynasty stayed in the Malachite Room, visiting Yekaterinburg for the opening of the Temple on the Blood monument.
