The new Elizar-Hotel was opened in June 2006 in a building, renovated according to European standards. The hotel is situated within 3 minutes of walk from the metro station Elizarovskaya, in a quiet cozy yard, and it has its own protected territory.
The hotel offers 42 nice cozy rooms with modern interior. There are 5 rooms of economy class, 13 standard double rooms, 5 three-bed rooms, 5 four-bed rooms, 8 superior double rooms, and 4 two-rooms apartments. All rooms are equipped with framed mattresses; it allows putting them together of separating them. Every room has a TV-set, a telephone with international and inter-city communication, and a lavatory with a shower cabin.
