From the 1st of June 2009 the amount of financial guarantee has arisen to 10 000 000 rubles. Insurance company is OSAO “Ingosstrakh". Obligations on this Contract guarantees compensation of losses to the consumer in insurance cases.

The Gostiny Dom Hotel is situated in the north-west of Moscow, in Tushino district. A small two-storied building of the hotel has 53 rooms. The staff do their best to create an atmosphere of coziness and warmth, so that guests might feel at home here. The hotel has its own enclosed court, its park and garden, where you can take a walk and slacken cares on a bench.
The nearest places of interest are Bratsevo mansion and the unique national monument Skhodnenskiy Kovsh. Not far from the hotel there is a big exhibition complex Crocus Expo.
The hotel offers a conference hall “Zerkalny” for different business events. It is designed for 32 people. Guests may also use the restaurant “Dvorik” to hold banquets and parties. The interior of the restaurant reflects its name. The hall is decorated with a fireplace, side framing with ivy, ancient window apertures. In the restaurant bar you can relax watching a wide-screen TV and drinking coffee or beer.
